Discover the transformative power hidden in our breath, to release trauma stored in our body and our subconscious and to regulate our nervous system, allowing us to reconnect to our authentic self.
There have been experiments and studies recently that indicate authenticity is the highest vibration emitted by humanity. Masters have been saying this for millenium. Authenticity occurs when we are transparent, when all our blockages have been healed so that our True Self is able to shine through in our life without any obstruction.
Breathwork can destroy these obstacles.
What is Shadow Work?
In Zohar, or Jewish Mysticism, we learn that the process of creation results in the formation of darkness. For as we know in materiality, form blocks light and thus shadows are formed. We find that the same occurs in the Spiritual realms. As below so above, and as above so below. Darkness are 'the places' where Spiritual Light does not enter in. This leaves material creation in a state of spiritual blindness and ignorance.
Humanity has been given as the solution, for each of us is able to connect with the Light of our Source and bring it into the darkness. This is our labor here, to awaken, to heal, and to shine brightly.
Breathwork can bring down these obstacles so that more Light from the Source shines through, bringing light into the darkness, dispelling ignorance. This is our Sacred Journey.
